Successful entrepreneur with more than 20 years experience in the administrative and management consulting field. Responsible for setting corporate direction, managing operations and carrying out a proactive growth strategy centered around providing core services to emerging and medium size companies, as well as federal, state and local governments. 

Gerardo (Jerry) Franco, Vice President/Senior Consultant Successful program and acquisition management professional 25 years of Federal Government experience and with over 35 year track record of completing projects with outstanding performance rating in the private and public sector. Responsible for technical direction, human resources and strategic planning. Also serve as senior consultant and subject matter expert (SME) on project management, procurement policy and regulatory compliance projects involving the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
